Postage and Packaging
We review our shipping charges regularly and aim to make these reflect the actual cost of postage and packaging. We aim to pass any discounts we receive on to our customers.
Our current options are:

- Royal Mail 1st Class
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day
- Royal Mail International Signed For- secure delivery requiring a signature at the receiving end
- Royal Mail Airsure- secure delivery to 30 destinations in 2-4 working days (for list of countries- www.royalmail.com)

Please allow 28 days for production. However, we aim to process your order much sooner. Our current production times are less than 12 working days.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days unless accompanying a personalised item.

Returns
When placing orders for goods and services on the internet or by mail order you would generally have the right to cancel your order, free of charge, by giving notice within 7 days of the order. However, this does not apply where the goods are personalised.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, except where we are required to do so by law.
Where items are not of a personalised nature, you will still retain the right to return the item within 7 days. We will refund the value of the returned items only, minus the postage. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. This is also conditional upon the item being returned in a saleable condition.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will happily offer you a replacement or refund. Please contact us BEFORE sending the item back. You will have to fill out a Returns Form to accompany your package.
